Who handles your data

The controller is the operator of Ullmann Residence: QUARTZ GRANIMPEX S.R.L., CUI RO14666964, J2002000529059, str. Mihail Kogălniceanu nr. 5, 410067 Oradea, jud. Bihor. Contact: rezervari@ullmannresidence.ro · +40 722 327 301.

The website and booking system are run on our behalf by Biró Csaba Norbert PFA (CUI 34408030, Oradea), as processor: it may use the data only to handle bookings.

What data we process and why

For a booking request: name, email address, phone number, dates, number of guests, the chosen room and any message. We use them to answer your request and manage the booking (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and to meet our legal obligations, such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)).

For online check-in: name, email address, phone number and whether you would like offers.

Unless you ticked that you do not want offers, after your stay we may occasionally email you an offer for another visit. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us at any time.

For traffic we only record the total number of page views per day, with no personal data. The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

Who has access

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties. The operator uses further processors: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), GitHub (backups).

Some of these providers are US companies; transfers rely on the safeguards set out in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to manage the booking and to meet legal obligations; data used for offers, until you unsubscribe. The database is backed up daily in encrypted form, and backups are kept for at most 30 days.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing (to offers at any time). Write to rezervari@ullmannresidence.ro.

You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).

Booking terms

A request sent through the site is not yet a booking: it becomes one when we confirm it by email. If the dates are no longer free, we will tell you.

Nothing is paid online in advance, and we do not ask for a deposit.
