Our courtyard is paved and closed with a gate, and the space costs nothing extra. It isn't street parking with a ticket, nor a space “somewhere nearby”: it's twenty steps from your room door.

If you reach town in the morning, write to us: leave the car behind the gate until your room is ready — and it can stay there on your last day too, after you hand back the key. The booking sites don't even have a field for that.
The three rooms on the first floor are side by side. Booked separately on a platform, a family ends up at opposite ends of the house — write to us and we keep them together.
We don't tie you to a slot: on the morning of your arrival we email you the key pickup description automatically, step by step, so you can get here at midnight — after a late train or an evening flight.
In the 32 m² and the 22 m² room we can add a mobile bed for a child, at 50 lei a night. Tell us when you book and it's made up before you arrive.
We accept tichete de vacanță, from the app or the card. On the booking platforms there is nowhere to use them.
Checkout is normally by 11. If the room isn't booked for the next day, ask us when you reserve — most of the time we can extend it.
“The house was built in 1903 — the story goes that it housed the servants of the Ullmann family, the same family that ten years later put up the Ullmann Palace in town. We renovated it from the ground up in 2024, keeping what could be kept. We're in the old town, but on a quiet street with a gate: two restaurants are right next door, the Black Eagle passage 700, the citadel 950, and the Nymphaea water park 2.2 km. Băile Felix spa is 9 km, a quarter of an hour by car. The railway station is 2.7 km out, the airport 2.8 — and Debrecen is 77 kilometres, a good hour by car.”
